Prompts for your assistant

Requests that work once Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor is connected to tidystation.

Once your assistant is connected (see Connect your assistant), ask in plain words. It reads your projects, tasks, notes and milestones, and it changes them when you say what to change.

Ask what's going on

What's on today?
Which milestones are behind, and by how much?
What's waiting in Triage?
Does next week fit my hours?
Find my notes about the Fernhill handover.

Add work

Add to Pagebird, 30 minutes each, planned for Friday:
write the release notes, record the demo, update the pricing page.

Create a milestone called v2 launch in Pagebird, due October 14,
and link the 3 tasks you just added.

Make a project called Thesis with the sections Reading, Writing and Admin.

Save this summary as a note in Fernhill Bakery.

Research happens in your assistant. tidystation keeps what you ask it to save.

Change your plan

Move everything planned for Thursday to Friday.
Order today: the demo first, then the invoice, then the call notes.
Drop the old logo task, schedule the pricing page for Wednesday,
and delegate the menu PDF to Nadia. Check back Monday.
Mark the checkout bug done.

Ship, archive and delete

Ship the v2 launch milestone.
Delete the Kitchen renovation project.

Your assistant shows you what would change first and waits for your yes. Tasks and notes go to the trash, where you can restore them.

What it decides, and what you decide

Your assistant applies the decisions you state: which task to drop, which day to plan, which estimate to use. Ranking your tasks, picking a triage answer or choosing a day is left to you.

Timers, reminders, how a task repeats, calendar connections and uploads stay in the app. The full list is in Connect your assistant.
