Know whether you’ll be ready for the exam

Add each exam and deadline as a milestone, estimate the work, and tell tidystation how many hours you can study each day. It weighs the work left against those hours and says on track, behind or won’t fit.

Getting started

How do I set up a semester?

  1. Make a project for each course.
  2. Add each exam, paper or presentation as a milestone with its date.
  3. Add the work as tasks with an estimate, like read chapter 4 45m.
  4. Set the hours you can study each weekday in Settings.
  5. Plan the week: drag tasks onto days and see which days are full.

How do I study with Pomodoros?

Press play on a task and pick Pomodoros. A Pomodoro is 25 minutes of focused work and a 5-minute break; tidystation sizes the cycles from the task’s estimate and logs the minutes to that course.

Can I keep lecture notes with each course?

Yes. Every course has its own notes, with folders. Type /task on a line, like a reading you still owe, and it becomes a task in that course.

What does it cost?

$7 a month or $60 a year, with 14 days free.

Does it work on my phone?

tidystation runs in the browser on a laptop or desktop. There is no phone app.

Questions

Can I see every course at once?

Yes. Today, Plan and Triage cover every course; each course’s page holds its own tasks and notes.

Can I study more on some days than others?

Yes. Set each weekday’s hours separately, like 2h on Monday and 5h on Saturday. Every milestone counts only the hours you set.
